White tea, among the many types of tea is the least known but has amazing health benefits. As you know, since ages, tea has been used as medicine. And while we all know the health benefits of green and black tea, you will be amazed by the fact that white tea is the least processed of all and also has the highest levels of antioxidants. Due to its immense health benefits, it is considered to be a very healthy alternative for other teas. There are many health benefits that you can derive from white tea, here are a few:

Anti-bacterial properties: One must drink white tea for its anti-bacterial properties. Consuming it has proven to protect your body from microorganisms and bacteria that are harmful to your body. It is also considered very helpful for cold and flu.
